Personal Data Regulation (GDPR)
GDPR sets a new framework for how personal data are processed and how we relate to the right to privacy. The Personal Data Regulation aims to strengthen and reconcile data protection rules and rights in favor of EU citizens. It applies to all EU organizations and non-EU organizations (of any size) that provide goods and services to the EU, or use tracking technologies (such as cookies or tracking pixels) to monitor the behavior of EU users.
