      • _gat – deletes when browser closes - used to reduce the amount of queries to Google.
    • Google Adwords
      • ads / ga-audiences - deletes after 2 years - used by Google Adwords to resume visitors that are likely to convert to customers based on the visitor's online behavior across websites.

 

1.1.3 How can I avoid the use of cookies on websites?

Whatever browser you use, you can adjust browser settings, so it does not save cookies. Some browsers allow you to only adjust this setting on certain websites.

1.2 Contact forms

Should you choose to contact us by using a contact/ CV form on our website, your information is collected in an email.
The information in the e-mail will be transferred, if relevant, to our CRM system. Then the data will be associated with an existing account with a similar email or created as a new contact.
There may be any follow-up on request and therefore we hold the rights to store contact information until the pace of the event has been completed.

Being a recruiting company, we will pass on information about you to potential employers, only if we have a mutual agreement on finding you a job. Otherwise, we do not share this information to third parties.

 

1.3 Newsletters

If you choose to sign up for our email newsletter, send the email address you send to us to MailChimp, which provides us with e-mail marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third-party data processor.
Your email address remains in our own and in MailChimp’s database as long as we continue to use MailChimp's email marketing services or until you specifically wish to be removed from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links that are included in our newsletters or by requesting removal by email. When you request removal by e-mail, you must send us your e-mail to us using the e-mail account that subscribes to our news mail.
When you sign up for the newsletter, enter your name and email address. We use this information only to distribute the newsletter to you and make the content personally.
Information about your use of the newsletters - including whether the newsletters are opened, how long they are open, when the email is deleted, and clicking on links is collected by our IT system in anonymous form. We use this information to improve our service so that we can even more accurately target and customize the content according to the interests of the recipient.
Your personal information will be kept until you disclose the newsletter. When unsubscribed, the information is deleted from us and our data processor.

3. Data breach
